1.1. In this policy "Morse" means Morse PLC (registered number 3108179), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Profile West, 950 Great West Road, Brentford, Middlesex TW8 9EE England. All UK companies share the same VAT number - 673 0084 47.
1.2. Use of the Morse web site is subject to the following terms and conditions and the Morse Privacy Policy which together shall be deemed to have been accepted by the use of the Morse web site.

2.1. "Morse" is a registered trademark of Morse PLC and all rights are reserved. Other product and company names and logos used on the Morse web site may be the trademarks of their respective owners and all rights are acknowledged. Unless otherwise apparent, the use of such names and logos on the Morse web site shall not be construed as an endorsement by Morse.
2.2. The copyright and all other intellectual property in the material contained in the Morse web site vests in Morse. Reproduction of part or all of the contents of the Morse web site is prohibited save that you may print or download to a hard disk extracts from the Morse web site for your personal and non-commercial use only. 4.2. Morse can accept no liability for any goods or services provided by third party suppliers that may be referred to and/or promoted in the Morse web site. Any goods or services which are not stated to be provided by Morse are provided by third parties over whom Morse has no control.
5.1 Morse has not reviewed and has no control over any of the web sites or their content mentioned or accessible from the Morse web site and Morse accepts no liability in respect of such web sites and/or their content.

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such provision shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of these terms and conditions but the enforceability of the remainder of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
6.2. Morse reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and the terms of the Morse Privacy Policy at any time and without notice.
6.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute under these terms and conditions.
