  • Process Improvement: to improve business efficiency and operational effectiveness, our services include mapping of existing processes within the business, identification of areas for improvement, re-engineering processes for optimal efficiency and ongoing monitoring of the restructured business.

 

 

 

  • Supplier Selection: we assist clients with all aspects of supplier selection, including identification of suitable candidates, running RFI/RFP exercises, performing due diligence on short-listed suppliers and supporting contractual negotiations prior to final supplier selection.

  • Fund Mergers: we provide support for the whole merger life-cycle, from development of the merger route map to post-merger evaluation. Our services include development of the merger approach, creation of the client communications programme and testing of administration & fund accounting functionality prior to going live.
